Readers will love to HATE, Laurel Price-Prescott, the main character's step-sister. We all have that one family member that loves to kick us when we are down. Quick to pull the rug from underneath us when we get back up. And what makes Laurel worse is that she has a good reason to vex the protagonist, Eden Price.
Is anything in your book based on real life experiences or purely all imagination?
What You Won't Do For Love is inspired by two remarkable women: Kara Tippetts and Brittney Maynard. Both women were diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. One woman chose to end her life. The other chose to struggle until the end.
What was your biggest challenge writing this particular book?
My biggest challenge was choosing which guy Eden Price would end up marrying. I genuinely loved both guys and I think that's what makes a love triangle more interesting - when both men have strong pros and cons. In the end, I think Eden chose the right guy...but some of my more vocal readers loved the other one! Which will you be? #TeamGabe or #TeamNemo
What is it that you'd like readers to walk away with after reading your book?
I want them to say, "That was the best book I've read in a long time. I laughed, I cried, I threw the book across the room, and I purchased another one for my best friend to read."
What is a hidden talent or favorite pastime that you enjoy that may surprise others?
Shhhhhhhhhh, don't tell anyone, but I can do complicated math in my head.
